Video-endoscopy, radiographs and ultrasound scans are an integral part of the examination, alongside a thorough clinical assessment over 5 stages. Mathilde is equipped with the latest technology in portable digital imaging equipment, allowing instant interpretation and correlation with the clinical findings.
A breeding examination can also be carried out upon request, and further tests or specialised techniques are sometimes necessary, as well as laboratory analysis for the detection of prohibited substances or infectious diseases prior to export. Occasionally, specialist consultants can be asked to give a second opinion if needed.
